Mujhe support aur communication thoda disappointing laga. Jab bhi koi issue hota tha, zarurat se zyada time lagta tha solution tak pahunchne mein. Saath hi, kuch information find karna bhi mushkil hota tha, par ek assistant se baat karne ka experience theek raha. Overall, support process sirf thoda better ho sakta tha.
