Far Below My Previous Experience – Not Recommended
Switching to this training and onboarding felt like a step backward when compared to what I had used before. I expected a more interactive and hands-on approach like my prior platform offered, but here it felt quite impersonal and scripted. The pace didn’t match my learning style and some of the tools, like the database setup, were less intuitive than I anticipated. Sign-up and invoicing seemed straightforward, yet it lacked the personalized guidance I found previously. Technical support was not very responsive, and troubleshooting took longer than expected. Overall, the entire experience was disappointing and didn’t meet the helpfulness or quality I was used to. Given this, I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who values thorough training and responsive onboarding compared to other options I’ve seen.
