Fairly straightforward, nothing too surprising
I went in expecting a generally straightforward sign-up and training process, and that’s more or less what I got. The initial steps flowed well, with clear instructions and a reasonable pace, nothing too rushed or overwhelming. The software itself matched what was outlined beforehand, with useful tools like the dialer and database functioning as expected. One thing I found a bit underwhelming was the invoicing and payment part—it worked fine but felt a bit barebones, like it could have had clearer feedback or a bit more guidance throughout the steps. On the plus side, the automatic updates didn’t cause any disruptions, which was a relief. Support was available when I needed to call, with prompt responses, although the hours were a bit limited for me personally. Overall, I’d sum it up to a friend as: it pretty much does what it says it will, the order of things makes sense, and it mostly runs smoothly, but some small parts like invoicing could be a little more polished. Still, it’s a service I’m comfortable using and will keep on with as part of my routine for remote work management.
