Fairly simple to find what I needed here
I honestly found browsing WFHI's sales and pre-purchase details quite straightforward. The website layout made it pretty clear where to look for software features and pricing. Even from someone not tech-savvy, I could quickly locate the specifics about calling tools and the dialer, which was what I needed most. The only minor drawback was that some of the add-ons weren't listed in the same section, so I had to click around a bit more than I expected. Despite that, getting the big picture didn't take long, and the invoicing part was easy to access too. I'd tell a friend this system is user-friendly with just a slight need for tidying up the extras. Overall, it was far less complicated than I feared at the start.
