Fairly good ongoing assistance
My experience with the support team has been positive overall. It was great that the setup was mostly straightforward and done during onboarding, but I noticed there is still some ongoing support needed as I adapt. The team was responsive whenever I had questions later on, which I really appreciated. Just a note, I think having more detailed guides available for later reference would be beneficial. But honestly, the help I received was timely and effective.
