Fair for self-starters, not for those wanting hand-holding
I found the overall WFHI support and communication to be a bit of a mixed bag. The telephonic support was reachable, but often they directed me to online resources instead of resolving my queries directly. I had to figure out a lot by trial and error, especially with the software updates and the database features. The onboarding flow gave some instructions but wasn’t always clear on how to optimally use the calling tools and dialer. For someone who likes experimenting or learning things themselves, this might be fine. However, if you prefer more detailed, step-by-step hand-holding support, you might get frustrated. The sign-up and payment part was smooth, though, and invoices were generated promptly. Automatic updates sometimes changed interface details without warning, which required getting used to again independently. Overall, you'd likely benefit more if you’re comfortable working out workflow setups solo and don’t expect frequent guided assistance beyond a basic level from WFHI.
