Fair comparison to previous tools, but mixed feelings
I've tried other remote workflow software before, so I came into using WFHI with some experience. The database feature here is fairly intuitive compared to what I used earlier, and the automatic updates worked smoothly without any hiccups, which impressed me. However, I found the dialer slightly less responsive at times, especially during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. The training sessions were comprehensive but covered basics that I was already familiar with; a bit more advanced guidance would have been appreciated. Sign-up and payment processing were easy to navigate, which is always a relief. Telephonic support was hit-and-miss — some agents explained things clearly, others less so. Overall, it’s a decent platform if you’re starting fresh, but if you have experience, you might feel the need for more robustness in certain areas compared to previous tools. Still, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, just somewhat average and functional without major standout features.
