Failed access control setup was the biggest frustration
When I signed up, I expected the software to work smoothly and be more intuitive, but I ended up spending way too much time figuring out the access controls. The onboarding promised an easy setup, but the documentation wasn’t very detailed and I had to troubleshoot most of the steps on my own, which was frustrating. Compared to other tools I have used, this felt like I was left to fend for myself without proper guidance. The dialer feature was okay, but since I couldn't properly configure user permissions, it became nearly useless. I anticipated a more helpful initial setup, but I felt like I hit a wall immediately. Even the automatic updates sometimes caused unexpected glitches without prior notice. Support calls eventually helped, but the delays were long and didn’t always resolve the core issues. I thought signing up and invoicing would be straightforward; however, the process had ambiguities. Overall, the gap between what I hoped for in terms of access and what I actually got was wide enough to make me seriously reconsider continuing with this software.
