explanations were confusing except some details

The clarity of explanations during training and onboarding left quite a bit to be desired, though I will say the section on the automatic updates was reasonably well done. Overall, many parts of the process felt vague, especially when setting up the calling tools and managing the database feature. The instructions often assumed prior knowledge, which made it harder to follow for new users. In particular, the steps involved in getting started with the dialer lacked clear examples, which resulted in repeated calls to telephonic support. Unfortunately, the support response times were slow, compounding the frustration. While the signing up and payment instructions were straightforward, which I appreciated, the rest of the training materials didn’t build confidence in using the software independently. The onboarding system could benefit from more clarity in its flow and better explanations of the essential tools needed day-to-day. As a result, I struggled more than I’d hoped, except for the automatic updates section which worked as described and was easy to understand.
