Explanation was unclear from the start
At the start of my purchase journey, I hoped things would be straightforward but the explanations I received were anything but. The sign-up and invoicing process left me confused about payment terms and how the software’s updates would affect my existing setup. I had to contact support multiple times just to understand basic workflow features, which should have been clearly outlined at the outset. While the training sessions itself were fairly informative once I got through all the fog, the initial lack of clarity created a frustrating experience. I expected a smoother onboarding, especially since the software is meant to streamline remote workflows, yet unclear guidance during pre-purchase made it hard to know if the tools would match my needs. Despite this, I must admit the telephonic support was patient, explaining things repeatedly without irritation. Still, clearer communication could have saved me from extended back-and-forth and uncertainty about automatic updates and the database feature's compatibility. Unfortunately, the way things were laid out before I signed up did not meet my expectations. I cannot say I would recommend this based on how overwhelmed I felt during early steps.
