Explanation Was Clearer Than I Expected
I had some worries initially about how clearly the WFHI training would explain the software features, especially the remote workflows and the database functionalities. However, the clarity surpassed my expectations. The training materials were well-organized and detailed, and the trainers did a great job breaking down complicated topics into understandable sections. The calling tools and dialer demonstrations were particularly straightforward and easy to follow, which helped me get confident in using them quickly. The onboarding process was smoother than I thought it would be, which was a relief since I had anticipated more technical jargon. Also, the sign-up and invoicing steps were clearly outlined, so I never felt lost during those parts. Compared to what I had feared, the overall clarity made a big difference in my experience and really helped me avoid the frustration that can come with learning new software. I feel much better prepared now thanks to the clear explanations.
