Explanation was all over the place, wasted time
I honestly spent way too much time trying to understand what exactly I was signing up for. The details given before purchase were all complicated and not clearly laid out, which was frustrating. I had to dig around the website and reach out multiple times, but the explanations were still confusing and very vague. It felt like no one wanted to give a straight answer about how the software and payment process worked. For me, this was a major hassle and put me off. I expected a simple clear explanation but instead got more questions than answers, which was a real waste of my effort and time trying to figure things out before even starting.
