Explanation of pricing was actually clear, rest not so much

I had quite a frustrating time trying to understand the full scope of what I was signing up for. The sales and pre-purchase info was scattered across different pages and there were technical terms thrown around that weren’t properly broken down. It felt like there was an assumption that all customers would already have a tech background, which is not the case. However, I will admit that the pricing details and the payment options were clearly explained, and the invoicing process itself was straightforward enough. Beyond that, the training materials didn’t fully clarify the day-to-day use of the dialer and database. When I reached out for support to get answers, the responses were slow and sometimes did not address my main concerns, adding to the confusion. The signup workflow looked simple initially but then some steps required extra verification that wasn’t indicated beforehand, which delayed me. Considering all this, I found the overall clarity lacking except for the parts around payment and billing. This definitely held me back from feeling really comfortable moving forward quickly or wholeheartedly recommending the product. There’s a definite need to improve how information is laid out for new customers who might be less tech-savvy or who want clear expectations upfront about what the software and training deliver. It felt like a lot of hidden details not easy to find until already invested.
