Explanation clarity was not satisfactory
Throughout my experience with the support team, I encountered frequent issues with communication clarity. When I sought assistance via telephone, the responses were often vague and did not fully address my questions. The instructions given were unclear, making it difficult to understand the next steps required to resolve my concerns. Additionally, some calls required multiple follow-ups due to lack of concise guidance initially. While I appreciate that support was available when needed, the overall quality of explanation left much to be desired. At times, it felt like I was left to interpret partial information without adequate clarification. This lack of clarity hindered my ability to make full use of the software’s features and slowed down my workflow. Given the importance of clear support in technical products, I expected a better standard of communication. Regrettably, my verdict is that the explanations provided by the support team were unsatisfactory and need significant improvement.
