Explanation around features could have been clearer and more upfront
Reflecting on my WFHI purchase experience, the part that clearly didn’t work so well was the clarity of explanations surrounding the software’s most important features. While I remember some parts of the sign-up and training being fairly straightforward, others felt quite murky, especially when it came to how the calling tools linked to the database and how updates would affect my usage. It wasn’t until some time into regular usage that the implications of automatic updates and certain workflow setups became clearer to me. This delay in understanding meant that I had to troubleshoot issues later that might have been avoidable with better upfront guidance. The sales process itself was polite but left many technical scenarios only lightly described, which in hindsight made it harder to know what to expect. While invoicing and payment were handled without complications, the overall onboarding and training materials would have benefitted from more detailed, transparent explanation. Looking back, that’s the one area I wish could have been polished to improve the overall clarity and confidence.
