Explaining took some effort but it was worth it
Looking back, the support and communication felt like it took more effort than I initially expected, though ultimately it was worth it. The explanations about how to operate the dialer and database weren’t always straightforward on the first call or email. Sometimes details would be revisited multiple times before they felt clear to me, and I had to ask follow-up questions myself to make sure I wasn’t misinterpreting anything. Even after that, some nuances only became apparent after I had used the software for a while and then checked back with support. I guess that’s normal with any new complex system, but it did mean the initial information exchanges were a bit of a push. In the end, the telephonic assistance was patient and tried very hard to simplify things without rushing. It’s been good in making me comfortable navigating the tools now, and the changes explained along the way settled well. Reflecting on this, I appreciate the patience on both sides since clear communication took conscious effort to achieve.
