Explaining the steps repeatedly took its toll
The sales and pre-purchase info definitely needed a lot of patience. I kept having to clarify what each feature actually meant because some of the labels could have been more straightforward; they weren’t exactly intuitive for someone new to this kind of software. I felt drained explaining to my teammates what each option on the platform was for during setup because the terminology didn’t match what most people expect from similar tools. The training did a good job of laying things out stepwise, but even then, the initial stages felt tougher because some of the definitions were ambiguous. I wish the flow of info before buying was simpler, as it took quite a bit of effort to understand what exactly I was signing up for. The sales team was responsive but couldn’t fully bridge the gap in the way the service was presented. Overall, it took a lot of repeating to get everyone on board and really confident with the software’s intended use and features.
