Explaining support steps felt exhausting
Every time I needed support for WFHI software, I found myself repeating the same explanations over and over. The telephonic support was patient but the order in which they asked me to perform troubleshooting steps often didn’t make much sense. Sometimes they’d suggest measures that obviously wouldn’t work before eventually reaching the logical ones, which wasted some time. It felt like they were following a script rather than customizing the process to my needs. I understand having a fixed sequence can be useful, but a bit more flexibility would have reduced the effort on my end. The onboarding communication generally introduced features in a sensible way but when it came to solving problems or clarifying doubts, the process felt fragmented. The billing and invoicing explanations, for instance, were simpler to grasp than the troubleshooting sequence I was asked to follow. I appreciate that the team was friendly enough and tried to help, but the repeated clarifications and backtracking felt mentally draining. If they could streamline the support steps and tailor them based on what users have already described, it might ease frustration. For now, it required more patience from me than I anticipated when reaching out for assistance.
