Explaining support again took its toll
I've used several platforms before this, and honestly, the support here is a mix of familiar and new frustrations. When I first reached out, it was clear their telephonic support team had a standard script, which felt a bit robotic compared to the more conversational style I'm used to. Communication was mostly efficient though; they got back to me within a reasonable timeframe, but I can't say it was effortless. The biggest hurdle was explaining the same issue multiple times to different agents. It felt like I was caught in a loop because they seemed to work in separate silos. Compared to previous experiences, I expected slightly more personalized assistance or at least a more streamlined handoff process, but that wasn’t entirely the case. On the bright side, their priority assistance option was definitely quicker once I opted for it, which saved me some time. So overall, the support system did the job; I just wish it required less effort from me to get them on the same page. It wasn't bad enough to stop using the software, but I felt worn out by the repetition. I guess I'm just tired of having to constantly clarify what I want every time I get in touch, but at least the lines didn’t stay open forever and the communication was clear enough to sort things eventually.
