Explaining stuff clearly was surprisingly hard

I remember this one phone call during my pre-purchase phase where the explanation clicked most clearly for me; it was about the invoicing and payment cycles. The person took their time to walk me through how the automatic updates would affect billing, which was helpful because before that moment, I found the whole setup a bit vague. Elsewhere though, the explanations were less crisp and more generalized, leaving me wondering about some specifics, like the exact flow of database syncing or how often training updates come in. It took quite some effort on my part to piece together a clear understanding, mostly from writing down notes and asking follow-up questions. Sign-up and payment processing was straightforward once I got past this hurdle, and the calling tools and dialer were explained well enough during user onboarding to feel usable. But that first phase of understanding was the toughest, and I spent quite some time trying to get comfortable with the details. Once that effort paid off, using the software felt more natural and less ambiguous.
