explaining it all took more effort than i thought
Honestly the support people explained everything clearly, though I had to ask a few times to get everything straight in my head. The training materials were straightforward, but when it came to the more complex parts like setting up the dialer and configuring the database, I found myself going back for clarifications. It wasn’t their fault — remote workflows do have their nuances. It did take some effort from my side to get comfortable with the full onboarding process. The telephonic support was helpful and patient, and automated updates didn’t disrupt what I was doing, which was a relief. Overall, communication was clear, but it felt like you need to actively engage rather than expect everything to be spoon-fed. It’s usable as long as you’re ready to spend a bit of time making sense of it.
