Explained things clearly, with some caveats

From the start, the way the training explained the setup of the software was detailed enough to understand each feature distinctly, especially the database and calling tools. They took care to explain the purpose of each function and how to integrate the dialer with external contacts. At the same time, some parts were somewhat glossed over, like the invoicing terminology, which left me having to look up a few things on my own later on. The automatic updates are helpful because they don’t require manual reloads, but occasionally they introduced interface changes without much notice, which made me pause. The telephonic support then helped clarify these issues, although sometimes I felt the explanations could be a bit more thorough. Overall, I would say that the training and onboarding are well structured but not perfect. Explaining complex software clearly takes time, and they mostly succeeded. If I were telling a friend about this, I'd say it’s a good system to learn, but expect to spend some extra time figuring out the finer points beyond the initial introduction.
