Explained somewhat clearly but still confusing
The billing and payment process was a mixed bag to be honest. On one hand, the invoice format was clear enough and easy to understand. However, the payment instructions weren’t as straightforward as I expected and left some room for confusion. They didn’t clearly explain what payment options were available or how refunds worked if any issues happened. The dashboard for managing payments was functional but lacked clarity in terms of next steps after payment. Support communication on billing questions was slow or generic, which did not help much. Overall, the process could use a lot more simplification and better explanation to avoid basic misunderstandings while giving customers confidence in managing their accounts. The one positive was the invoice presentation, which was done decently.
