Explained onboarding many times, it's mostly good with some rough edges
I've guided several new users through the onboarding and training, so I feel confident in saying the process is mostly strong. The software setup steps are well outlined, and the training materials cover the core functionality in a way that's understandable even for those with limited remote work experience. That said, I still get questions about a few of the advanced features that seem less clearly explained or take longer to absorb. I suspect I'll find myself providing support again next time someone new joins, especially around optimizing the dialer and database integrations. Despite my weariness in re-explaining, I do believe the core onboarding provides a solid foundation and most users can get going without major issues. The balance between automated guidance and human intervention seems right, even if there is room to streamline the deeper learning parts. Overall, I'll be ready to help again, though I hope your future updates will reduce the need for repeated explanations.
