Explained it to a friend: the steps make sense mostly
The training and onboarding followed a sensible order for the most part, which helped me understand how to use things like the dialer and database smoothly. I did find that some parts, especially related to automatic updates, felt a bit rushed or not explained quite clearly initially. Once I figured them out, it was easier to manage my remote workflows effectively. The telephonic support was helpful but I wished they had included some more direct documentation to avoid having to call multiple times. Invoicing and payment steps were clear and I didn’t have issues. I have explained this whole process to others who are considering the software, telling them that while it works well and is generally logical, they should prepare for a few wonky moments during onboarding. Overall, it’s a decent software but a little better order and detail in training could improve the experience for everybody.
