Explained it simply to a friend: it mostly worked as expected
I went into the onboarding and training hoping to get things set up without spending too much extra time figuring stuff out on my own. The course materials covered the basics clearly, and the software itself was pretty intuitive once I worked through initial setup. There were moments where I needed to troubleshoot or customize features like the dialer and database connection beyond what training covered, but that felt manageable. I appreciated how updates happened automatically without disrupting my workflow. Support calls were there when I needed clarification but not intrusive. In terms of billing and signing up, the process was straightforward and didn't get in the way of getting started. Overall, I'd say this felt like a solid package where you aren't left completely in the dark but still have to put in some effort to make it all fit your own workflow. I'd happily recommend it if someone asked me casually about remote work tools.
