Explained it all, but the ongoing parts need patience
Honestly, when I first looked into the WFHI software and training, I was a bit overwhelmed by how much initial setup there was. It felt like a one-time mountain to climb, setting up the database features, customizing the dialer, and going through the training. That part was fine — I expected some work upfront. But then, the ongoing maintenance and updates kept rolling in. The updates themselves are automatic, which is great since I don’t have to manually check for new versions, but sometimes these updates shift features or the workflow slightly, meaning I have to recalibrate things on my end. It’s not a huge hassle, but definitely adds a layer of ongoing attention I wasn’t totally ready for. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, and invoicing was clear, which helped me get started quickly. The telephonic support they offer is pretty responsive, though I find myself only calling it occasionally when updates have changed the UI more than expected. For the most part, the database syncs well with the dialer, and training walked me through those connections enough to get the basics functioning smoothly. Summing it up to my friend, I’d say it’s a decent system that demands upfront effort and keeps requiring you to adjust along the way, but that’s the price for ongoing feature growth, I suppose. I feel good about the core software; just be ready to put in a little ongoing work.
