Experienced the flow as mostly sensible but a bit tiring
I've walked through onboarding steps like this before, so I came in with some expectations. The WFHI training and onboarding process followed a sensible order, going first through sign-up, then software setup, and later the dialer and database features. The sequence made sense, and I could track my progress without jumping back and forth. However, after a while, going through the detailed steps felt a bit repetitive and exhausting, especially when some parts asked for information or confirmations multiple times. They could streamline this a bit more, perhaps combine some steps or reduce redundancies. The training materials did help, although the sequence wasn't perfectly smooth. Still, for what it is, it's an effective flow, just a bit tiring if you’ve done similar setups before and want a brisker pace. Overall, I’d say it works but leaves room for refinement in how the onboarding is paced and structured.
