Experience working things out myself: that’s the verdict

Honestly, using WFHI’s software meant I had to figure out most things on my own. From setting up the dialer to managing the database and dealing with the everyday quirks of updates, I rarely found clear or immediate guidance. The support lines were available but not as helpful as expected when it came to troubleshooting individual issues. The sign-up and invoicing process was okay, but it wasn’t the easiest part by far. I ended up spending a lot of energy learning how the software functions, often by trial and error rather than through clear instruction. That’s why I’d say the overall experience was more of a self-driven discovery than a supported journey. So, my final take is straightforward: it’s mostly up to you to make it work, which won’t suit everyone.
