Expected typical onboarding, got a bit more than that
Having done similar onboarding sessions before, I wasn’t expecting much novelty in this training. The process was pretty straightforward and the materials provided were clear but mildly repetitive compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. The training covered the software basics and a few extras, but nothing radically different from what I anticipated. However, the onboarding flow was smoother than usual, and I appreciated how they integrated calling tools with the database setup. It made the transition to using all features more manageable. The invoice and payment process was also easy to understand, which was a relief. I do wish there was a bit more interactivity or live support during training which could have clarified some questions without waiting. Overall, it met my expectations but didn’t surpass them much; still, it’s reliable enough to recommend for anyone familiar with similar platforms who wants a straightforward onboarding experience.
