Expected to struggle but onboarding was straightforward and fast
I expected the onboarding and training process to be quite complex given the features involved, but surprisingly it was straightforward and efficient. The software walkthrough was concise and the training sessions quickly covered everything without unnecessary details that usually overwhelm me. I was able to navigate the dashboard, set up my dialer, and explore the database functionalities within the first day. The training materials were clear which made the whole experience smoother than anticipated, so I doubt I will need much help next time I onboard or switch workflows. I appreciate that the system updates automatically and requires minimal manual intervention. Overall, the onboarding exceeded my expectations by being brief but comprehensive, helping me get productive quickly. If I ever need help again, it will likely be minor tweaks rather than major guidance because the initial setup was solid and user-friendly, so I feel prepared going forward.
