Expected to start quicker, but the training eventually helped
I was prepared to get up and running with the software more quickly based on my initial understanding of the onboarding process. When I first signed up, I thought the steps to activate my calling tools and integrate the database would be faster, but it actually took a bit longer before I felt comfortable using the dialer effectively. One particular moment that stood out was trying to find the right tutorial video on how to manage the automatic updates and keep data synced properly. Though the training was generally clear, it was not straightforward at first, and I had to revisit some sections a couple of times. Aside from that, the telephonic support was available when I got stuck, and the team was patient in explaining features again. Invoice generation and payment steps were smooth, so I didn’t face delays there. Overall, it didn’t quite match my timeline expectations, but once I passed the initial learning curve, the setup was functional and reliable. I am now more confident in using the tools as part of my remote workflow after those first few days of acclimatization.
