Expected thorough hand-holding, but largely self-driven onboarding
When I signed up with WFHI, I thought the training would be very structured and guided. Instead, I found myself figuring out a large chunk of the software on my own. The onboarding materials were decent but not as comprehensive as I would've liked. I spent quite some time working through features without immediate guidance. Although the training covered basics, it left many advanced parts for self-exploration. I was a bit weary of having to piece things together from support articles and my own trials. I expected more step-by-step hand-holding, but in reality, the process tested my patience and self-motivation. At least the software is intuitive once you get the hang of it. So finally, the training worked out, but it was more DIY than I thought it would be. I hope future onboarding includes more live walkthroughs because that would have saved time and confusion.
