Expected thorough breakdown of billing details
The invoicing and payment process generally matched what I anticipated when I signed up. The billing interface worked well enough for basic needs, allowing me to track my monthly payments and review previous invoices easily. However, I did notice a lack of detailed breakdown for each charge or service in the invoice. For my workflow, I needed clearer segmentation of costs per feature usage. This was a bit disappointing as it would have helped me manage my budget better. Still, the payment process was practical and straightforward which did help to avoid any confusion about due dates or amounts. It just missed that extra detail I was hoping for in the bills themselves.
