expected thodi jaldi response and better patience but got mixture
I assumed ki jab me call support se baat karungi toh zyada wait nahi karna padega aur baar baar explain bhi nahi karna padega, par ye humein utna easily nahi mila. Calls thodi der ke liye hold par rakhte the aur kabhi kabhi mujhe wahi baat baar baar repeat karni padti thi, aur ye thoda frustrating tha. But haan, support team generally helpful thi aur problems samajhne ki koshish karti thi, toh ye expected se better tha in that sense. Mujhe lagta hai ki communication thodi clear thi, lekin repetition thodi zyada thi aur waiting time mein bhi sudhaar hona chahiye. Main sochti thi ki service thodi zyada efficient hogi lekin overall ye experience thik tha, bas thoda irritate karne wala jab bar bar same baat bolni padti thi. Lekin low pressure environment me baat karne se mujhe thoda patience rakhna aaya aur woh bhi ek plus point tha. Koi dhaari- dhaari baatein nahi hui, support ka tone sahi tha aur mujhse achha towards solution wale approach tha.
