Expected structured steps, got a bit jumbled order
I expected the onboarding process to follow a clear, logical sequence because that's standard for software like this. What I got was mostly in order, but occasionally, steps felt out of place which disrupted the flow. For example, I had database access before fully completing the training modules, and it felt premature. The calling tool introduction also came later than expected, despite it being essential for daily tasks from the get-go. Support was available and helpful to some extent, but this irregular sequencing meant I had to juggle between learning and using the software without full preparation. The invoicing and payment process were predictable and smooth, which did help balance some of the organizational hiccups. Overall, I was left with the impression that the rollout could benefit from a tighter structure to match what new users like me expect from a paid service. The product is sound, but the onboarding could be better organized.
