Expected straightforward setup but got ongoing tangled support
Initially, I thought the setup would be a one-time hassle and then things would run smoothly, but that was not the case. From the start, I faced challenges that required continuous interaction with support to keep things working. Some steps were clearly explained, which helped get started, but many parts needed repeated calls and checks. I expected once the system was configured, it would be easy to maintain, but frequent updates and unexpected changes meant I had to stay on the phone much longer than I wanted. Support was patient and tried to assist, but I felt like I was always troubleshooting issues rather than focusing on my work. Occasionally I had to explain my problem multiple times, which was tiring but sometimes unavoidable. What was positive is that the team was reachable and made genuine efforts. Still, overall, the ongoing nature of setup and maintenance support made this experience frustrating because it didn’t meet my expectations of smooth initial setup leading to hassle-free usage.
