Expected straightforward process, got some steps shuffled
When I first began the sign-up and onboarding process with WFHI, I assumed it would follow a very logical and straightforward sequence, with sales, payment, software access, and training neatly aligned. However, after going through all phases, I found the actual flow somewhat shuffled. For example, while payment and invoicing were clear and timely, some training modules arrived before I had fully completed the software setup, which made parts confusing to apply. The clarity of information during sales was generally good but could have emphasized the software’s features in better order to help new users grasp the workflow quicker. Support was available but only after requesting multiple follow-ups, which affected my perception of smoothness. Despite some mismatched timing, the core steps were all there, and after finishing them, I felt reasonably well oriented to the remote workflows. So while I expected a more tightly orchestrated progression, the practical experience was a little less linear but functional overall.
