Expected straightforward info but got a bit confusing sales pitch

I went into the sales and pre-purchase process thinking I’d get clear-cut answers about the software and training services, but it turned out to be a mix of vague explanations and some promotional jargon. I expected straight facts on things like signing up, payment process, and what exactly the software could do, but there was a lot left unsaid or glossed over casually. The invoice and payment setup seemed straightforward enough, but the details around automatic updates and database features weren't as clear as I wanted before committing. It felt like there was more complexity under the hood than the initial talks suggested. I wasn’t frustrated exactly, just a little surprised at how much I had to figure out after signing up. I guess I should have asked more questions upfront. So, the experience didn’t exactly match what I expected going in, which was a bit disappointing, but at least the basic practical parts were as they said.
