Honestly, I went into this thinking the billing and payment process would be very clear, based on the info I'd read ahead. However, once I got my first invoice and tried to follow the payment steps through the dashboard, the labeling felt a bit inconsistent. For instance, some fees were described in ways that didn’t immediately tell me what exactly they were for, and I had to double-check with support to understand the breakdown. The sign-up and invoicing platforms were technically competent but the presentation could definitely use more clarity to meet expectations. I felt like I needed a little more upfront explanation on identifying charges and how the payment plans were structured, or at least more intuitive labels. That said, once I got a handle on it, the rest of the process was fine, but it was a surprise given how straightforward I assumed it would be.
