Expected straightforward billing, but got some surprises
I was expecting the billing and payment process from WorkFromHomeIndia to be quite straightforward based on what I read before signing up. Initially, it was easy enough with clear instructions and invoices arriving regularly. Lekin, a few times, I noticed some discrepancies between what I expected and what was charged, which made me take a second look at the invoices. I ended up spending more time reviewing payments than I hoped. The support team was helpful whenever I called to clarify those issues, but I found the whole billing experience a bit more complicated than I had imagined. On the other hand, automatic updates for the software were smooth and didn’t interfere with any payments, and sign-up was hassle-free. Although the payment process was somewhat more involved than I thought, it didn't ruin my experience completely. It’s just something that made me a bit cautious and more watchful every billing cycle, so I guess it matched expectations only partly since I expected it to be simpler overall.
