Expected Speedy Support But It Was A Mixed Bag
I really thought finding support and communication would be quicker and easier based on what I expected beforehand. Normally, I like when telephonic support can give instant answers, but here it seemed I was sometimes put on hold or told to check the database and training material myself first. On the plus side, when I finally did connect with a person, they were friendly and tried to help explain things clearly. The sign-up and payment process was pretty straightforward, so I didn’t have issues there, but for ongoing questions about the dialer and calling tools, I felt the communication wasn’t always as fast as I hoped. Honestly, it was a bit of a mixed experience from what I thought I’d get.
