expected some hassles but support actually helped
At first, I was worried because web-based software often has glitches, and with WFHI I expected some initial hiccups to be frustrating. However, over the weeks of using the software day to day, I realized support was better than anticipated. There was this one time a sudden automatic update caused the dialer to stop working temporarily, and I called telephonic support expecting a long wait or generic advice. Instead, the person I spoke with quickly understood the issue and helped me get back on track within minutes, which was impressive. Apart from that moment, the software behaved reliably most of the time, and although I didn’t call support frequently, the occasional interactions felt proactive. The onboarding and training phase set reasonable expectations, and the invoicing and payment process went smoothly without surprise charges. Overall, I suspected frustration might dominate my experience based on initial thoughts, but what I actually got was reasonable stability and decent help when needed — not perfect, but definitely worth the price for the day-to-day reliability that arrived after some initial bumps.
