expected some glitches but got better handling
I was initially concerned about how the software might handle errors during remote work sessions, since that can be a source of big frustration. In practice, I found that the system recovers gracefully from most issues I encountered, such as connection interruptions or database syncing delays. It doesn’t eliminate all annoying pauses, but it’s better than I expected. The automatic updates happen without much disruption, which is a definite plus, though sometimes new features take a bit to get used to. I had to tweak settings a couple of times when the dialer didn’t behave exactly as I’d hoped, but overall the access and user permissions are straightforward. I think the thoughtful recovery and backup approach in the software really helped reduce downtime, which I hadn’t anticipated at first. My main criticism would be that the training resources could cover troubleshooting unevenness more extensively, so I was sometimes figuring out fixes myself instead of having ready answers.
