Expected some confusion but found clarity
Initially, I expected to spend quite some time just figuring out where everything was within the platform. After all, sales software can sometimes get overly complicated with layers of menus or unclear labels. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find the features I was after. The sign-up process was straightforward, and invoicing options were clearly laid out. That said, I noticed that some sections, like the detailed call logs, could use a bit more explanation or simpler navigation. Nonetheless, the training videos helped bridge those gaps. Overall, what I expected as a cumbersome hunt turned out to be a neat and tidy experience that saved me time. Although not perfect, the balance between expectations and outcome made me feel confident that this software was designed keeping user-friendliness in mind from the start.
