Expected smoother support, but got delays instead
I had high hopes for WorkFromHomeIndia's support compared to what I used before. The telephonic support here was quite slow and often left me waiting longer than expected. I appreciate that some of the explanations were clear, but the communication could have been more responsive. The labels and wording sometimes felt confusing, unlike the more straightforward guidance I experienced earlier. While I liked the concept of automatic updates improving the software without my input, the overall support experience was below my expectations. It's not a complete loss, yet the service doesn't quite reach the helpfulness or speed I was used to. This discrepancy was particularly frustrating during critical moments of using the dialer tool when I needed quick assistance.
