Expected smoother software access but faced challenges repeatedly
When I first started using the WFHI software, I anticipated a straightforward setup with easy access to all the tools I’d need. Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite the case. There were moments during initial sign-up and onboarding where I struggled to properly navigate the dialer and connect with the database feature, which led me to seek help again after the first few uses. Though the telephonic support did offer some assistance, I expected fewer complications given the software’s purpose. Later, after some automatic updates, there were still hiccups that disrupted my workflow, so I found myself having to reach out for guidance more times than I would have liked. Perhaps I expected too much clarity and a more seamless experience from the beginning, but in practice, it felt like the system could have been more intuitive. I won’t say the software was entirely unhelpful, since some features worked well once I got around the initial barriers, but honestly, I’m not convinced that next time I’ll manage all of it without additional support. The experience made me reflect on whether I’m ready to rely on it fully or if there’s a steeper learning curve ahead than promised.
