Expected smoother platform access, got confused navigation
I was hoping the software access process would be straightforward and intuitive from the start. Instead, it felt like steps jumped around randomly without logical progression. The sign-up was okay, but moving to the dashboard and database felt disjointed. I expected a seamless transition but faced unclear prompts that made the workflow awkward. It seemed like the system expected prior knowledge, which wasn't communicated. A better ordered process would have improved my experience significantly. Overall, the software did give me access eventually but not in the smooth and sensible way I imagined.
