Expected smoother payments but got a bit complicated process
I was used to simpler billing systems before, so I thought this would be straightforward too. The payment process had clear steps but was slower than what I had experienced with other platforms. The invoicing emails did come regularly, which was fine, but the way the payment confirmation worked felt a bit confusing. I had to call support a couple of times, which wasn’t a big issue, but compared to previous experiences, it felt less smooth. I won't say it's a total hassle, but it definitely was not as seamless as expected and required some extra patience.
