Expected smoother onboarding but some glitches were manageable
Initially, when I signed up for the WFHI training program, I was hoping for a straightforward and smooth onboarding process. I expected the software and training to guide me well even if I stumbled somewhere. At first, I encountered a few roadblocks, especially with the dialer tool functioning inconsistently. Sometimes the calls connected well, other times the interface froze or dropped connection unexpectedly. This was a bit frustrating because I thought the training would prepare me for a flawless experience. On the other hand, the database feature was reasonably intuitive once I got past the first tutorial. The training sessions did cover common issues and how to tackle them, which came in handy when I ran into software errors or lag during a call. However, sometimes the telephonic support took a while to get back with solutions, so I wasn't always sure if the problem would be fixed quickly. Nevertheless, I appreciate that the automatic updates improved things over time without requiring manual intervention. The sign-up and payment steps were mostly straightforward and the invoices were clear to understand, so that part met my expectations. I guess I expected more immediate smoothness throughout, but experienced a mix of pros and cons instead. In the end, I think with some patience the training and onboarding worked out okay, although not without some bumps. It left me thinking that maybe anticipating occasional glitches would set better expectations for future users.
